Boat Regatta in Phrapradeang District is a traditional festival, originated when Phrapradeang had the status of province. Phrapradeanglocals after merit-making at the end of the Buddist Lent rowed their boats and sang happily along the river and canals with high tide. At that time, Phrapradeang was accessible only by waterway and almost every family had a boat. An idea of boat racing game and has been practiced until today. The boat race is held on the 4th day of the 11th waning lunar month.
