Phra Samut
Chedi is in the province significant historical site and symbolize
s Samutprakan, 
commonly known
as "Phra Chedi Klang Nam", located in Tombol Pak Klong
Bang Plakot, Phra Samut Chedi District Opposite e provincial hall.
A festival to celebrate Phra Samut Chedi is held in Ocber every
year. On the first day of the festival, a Phra Samut Chedi convering-cloth
procsion comprising government official, merchants, people and
school children in colorful dresses companied by musicial band
moves along the road to the provincial hall.
